Ryan Kilpatrick is an award recipient of the 2025 Cincinnati Business Courier’s 40 Under 40 Program. He is a long-time supporter and current member of NewPath’s Board. Appointed to the Board in 2015, Ryan serves on the Finance Committee and has previously served as Committee Chair and Treasurer.

When asked what the biggest secret to his success is so far, Ryan said, “the ability to develop genuine relationships and get to know people, even my clients, on a personal level.”
“I am terrible at remembering names. But once I see someone’s face, I never forget that person or where I saw them,” said Ryan when asked to describe his secret talent.
