Ohio Bridges Program For Foster Youth
NewPath provides services available through Bridges, a program in Ohio that extends housing and other supportive services to eligible young adults who leave foster care on or after their 18th birthday but are not yet 21.
Bridges is administered by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services through a contract with The Child and Family Health Collaborative of Ohio, LLC. The Collaborative’s provider agencies throughout the state support young adults in their efforts to achieve self-sufficiency and independence.
