NEW Medical Walk-In Hours

Better Supporting NewPath’s Clients

NewPath is expanding access to care with convenient weekly walk‑in hours for Medication Management—helping clients get faster support between scheduled appointments.

At NewPath Child & Family Solutions, we understand that medication needs don’t always follow a schedule—and sometimes waiting weeks for an appointment just isn’t realistic. That’s why we’re excited to introduce new Medication Management Walk‑In Hours, designed specifically to support existing NewPath clients who need timely access to care.

Beginning February 2026, our medical team is available for walk‑in visits every Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 11:20 AM at our Butler County office (3570 Pleasant Ave, Hamilton, OH 45015).

These weekly sessions offer families greater flexibility, helping ensure youth stay supported, safe, and on track with their treatment plans.

Why Walk‑In Hours Matter

Medication management plays a vital role in a young person’s behavioral health stability. But needs can change quickly and sometimes unexpectedly. Our new walk‑in option helps bridge the gap between scheduled appointments, offering:

  • First‑come, first‑served access to our qualified medical team
  • Faster support when urgent medication questions arise
  • Flexibility for families managing busy schedules
  • Continuity of care, especially when symptoms shift between visits
  • Responsive guidance for the evolving needs of our clients

While youth may not always see their regular provider during walk‑in hours, they will always receive high‑quality, caring, and clinically informed support from NewPath’s trusted medical professionals.

When Should Clients Use Walk‑In Hours?

Walk‑in visits are ideal for existing clients who:

  • Need an appointment sooner than the one currently scheduled. Symptoms can change quickly—and sometimes it’s important to be seen sooner than your next follow‑up.
  • Need a medication refill that requires an appointment. Some prescriptions cannot be refilled without a provider visit. Walk‑ins offer a faster way to stay on track.
  • Are experiencing concerns or side effects with current medication. If something feels off, don’t wait. Walk‑in hours allow families to address issues early.
  • Haven’t been seen in a while and need to re‑establish care. If it’s been some time since your last appointment, walk‑ins are an easy way to reconnect with our team.

What to Expect During Walk‑In Hours

  • Walk-in visits are first‑come, first‑served
  • Visits are reserved exclusively for existing NewPath clients
  • Our team will ensure you receive compassionate, timely, and comprehensive medication support
  • Families can still call to request same‑day traditional appointments with their regular provider, when available

We’re Here to Support You

At NewPath, removing barriers to care is one of our highest priorities. Weekly walk‑in hours help us:

  • Reduce delays in medication access
  • Provide quicker support during urgent needs
  • Strengthen continuity of care
  • Empower families to stay engaged in their treatment journey

If you have questions about walk‑in hours or would like assistance in another language, our team is here to help.
