NewPath Announces Parental Leave (NEW Benefit)

Rewarding Careers. Amazing Benefits.

As the calendar enters November: Adoption Recognition and Recruitment Month, we are excited to announce that NewPath Child & Family Solutions (formerly St. Joseph Orphanage) now offers paid Parental Leave to all employees. Since NewPath focuses on growth and serving children and families it is important to us that we nurture our own team and their families. We believe in serving our clients with the best care, so we must begin with taking care of our team first.

We Celebrate Milestones

John Parran, Chief People Officer stated, “At New Path, we join with our employees in celebrating every exciting milestone of their lives. Therefore we launched our new parental leave program. To give our employees much-needed time to bond with their new additions to their families. In other words, time to focus on what really matters most.”

We Value Family

According to Kate Burkhardt, Marketing Manager, “NewPath offers competitive benefits with employees top of mind. We have to care for those who are caring for others. We not only offer vacation, sick time, & disability, but now parental leave for anyone adding a new member to their family; whether that be through birth, adoption, kinship, or foster care. To clarify, not just maternity leave or paternity leave…parental leave. As a mother of a one-year-old, I feel honored to work at an agency that truly values me and my family.  We truly are on a ‘new path’.”

A Culture Shift…Because We Listen.

The focus on culture at NewPath remains top of mind as our leadership team continues to review employee surveys so we can continue to do better.  We value the feedback our team gives and want to deliver results that matter.  We strive to offer the best care for our clients and that starts with taking the best care of our employees through every level of leadership, and at NewPath we are all leaders.

Christa Brady noted seeing a shift in culture after receiving a care package while she was sick from our Executive Team. She said, “What a nice surprise to come home from work to home made soup, rolls, cookies, and a soup ladle. It made me feel valued and thought of.

Join our team in a rewarding career with a team that values YOU and your family.
