Ghana Central and Western Regions Association of Cincinnati Appreciation Award

February 12, 2021

Our very own Julie Herrmann, MS, LPCC-S, Regional Director of Outpatient North was recently presented an APPRECIATION AWARD from the Ghana Central and Western Regions Association of Cincinnati following a meaningful and inspiring Mental Health presentation Julie led for the group. The award was presented to Julie by our My First Place Manager: Peter Baako MS, CT, QMHS. The Association is an important community group in which Peter is involved.

“We are just proud of her and the knowledge she impacted.

Peter Baako MS, CT, QMHS

Ghana Central and Western Regions Association of Ghana was established few years ago when a group decided to come together to strengthen their fraternal ties, foster the spirit of unity, promote and encourage the development of activities in the field of health, education, culture, and poverty alleviation in Greater Cincinnati and in Ghana. The association has been involved in community services in our neighborhoods. They have engaged in cleanup exercises and offered workshops meant to educate people on issues affecting society.

“It truly was my pleasure to provide training for The Ghana Central and Western Regions Association of Cincinnati. I’m grateful for the opportunity to present on a field that I’m so passionate about, and to provide resources that will support people in need.”
