NewPath is the oldest social service agency, founded by the Sisters of Charity as an orphanage over 190 years ago. In the 1980s and 1990s, NewPath transitioned from a traditional orphanage to an innovative Behavioral Health Agency.

We offer convenient Open Access Walk-In Hours for outpatient mental health services—no appointment needed. Visit during walk-in hours for an initial assessment with our compassionate team. No referral needed.
Our Services
NewPath’s community-based (Outpatient) mental health services play an intricate part in our continuum of care.
Therapeutic learning environments and daily group therapy to support positive social and emotional development
The goal of experiential learning is to learn by doing. It increases positive transitions for students in educational achievement and mental health stability.
Our Residential Interventions provide safe, secure, and trauma-responsive residential services in a therapeutic environment.
Young Adult Transitional Services
Providing guidance and support to youth transitioning into adulthood with access to housing, education, employment, and physical/mental health wellness.
We understand the importance of offering our foster children & families all the support and guidance they need. Our services provide care for families and children of all ages with all levels of mental & behavioral health concerns.
Making a referral is as easy as 1, 2, 3. We care about your clients as much as you do and make the process simple for the client and provider. You may make a referral to us by phone, fax, or email. Simply download the referral form below and switch which method is easiest for you.
