NewPath Earns the 2026 Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health

NewPath Child & Family Solutions proudly announces its recognition as a 2026 Silver Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health awardee by Mental Health America (MHA), the nation’s leading recognition for employers committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces.

“This recognition reflects the heart of NewPath,” said Tricia Mullins, Chief Operations & Impact Officer. “When we care for the well‑being of our team, we strengthen our ability to care for our clients and communities.”

Since its launch in 2019, the Bell Seal program has recognized organizations that meet rigorous standards for supporting employee mental health and well‑being. Only two in five employers earn Bell Seal recognition at any level, making this achievement especially meaningful. As a Silver recipient, NewPath joins a national community of forward‑thinking organizations across 21 industries in 40 states and Washington, D.C., positively impacting more than 5.1 million employees nationwide.

Our Commitment to Mental Health at Work

The Bell Seal evaluation measures performance across four key areas: Workplace Culture, Benefits that Support Mental Health, Caring Beyond Compliance, and Holistic Wellness at Work. NewPath earned an overall score within the Silver range at 78% (the national average is 51%), with individual category scores of:

  • 75% in Workplace Culture (national average is 51%)
  • 66% in Benefits that Support Mental Health (national average is 52%)
  • 75% in Caring Beyond Compliance (national average is 51%)
  • 95% in Holistic Wellness at Work (national average is 50%)

NewPath scored very strongly in Holistic Wellness at Work, well above the national average. This reflects our commitment to “empowering workplace mental health champions, promoting awareness, facilitating peer connection, and offering resources that support employees’ whole health.” (MHA)
