Digitally Sign Forms
Staff will begin the process, clients will receive a link to sign and complete their fields
- Staff scroll down in the gray box to find a green button “Start Filling” to begin
- Complete each applicable field while in communication with client
- Click submit once completed
- Client will receive an email after staff submits with a link to complete form fields and signatures (check spam folder if they do not receive within 2 minutes)
- Guide client through fields they need to complete and ensure they click submit upon completion.
Digitally Sign to Accept Your Forms
We hope to make this process as easy as possible for our staff and clients to complete your forms.
- Please follow the prompts and complete all fields.
- Enter your STAFF name and email address
- Enter the name of signer: CLIENT or GUARDIAN name and email address
- Be sure to submit the form after completion by selecting the GREEN FINISH button in the top right corner.
- You should receive a memo after completion
- Be sure the client or guardian checks their email to sign the forms.
