Diagnostic Assessment

A Diagnostic Assessment assists in identifying suspected behavioral health and educational concerns, along with providing ongoing treatment recommendations. We work primarily with youth ages 3-22 and serve the entire family (ages 3+). With our Diagnostic Assessment, there is no referral needed, however, they are still welcomed! Families seeking services may contact us directly or have their school, doctor’s office, social worker, or other provider contact us to get started. Assessments services are offered for a wide variety of suspected mental health issues affecting children, teens, and adults. Specialized evaluations also provide ongoing treatment recommendations for youth struggling with emotional behavioral difficulties, sexual behavior problems, or victims of sexual abuse.

  • Diagnostic Assessment (DAF)
  • Sex Offender Diagnostic Assessment* (SODA) (for youth only)
  • Sex Abuse Diagnostic Assessment* (SADA) (for youth only)
  • Psychiatric Evaluations

*For a specialized assessment (ie SODA/SADA), an appointment is required to ensure we have a qualified assessor available
